Choose Your preferred form of payment. If you have any comment about the sending of your package, fill out the 'comment your purchase' quadrat and press 'confirm Data'. Press again 'Confirm Data'.
2. WHICH ARE THE PAYMENT FORMS? You can choose between three different ways of payment: Banking transference, via PAYPAL or by credit card. 3. WHAT GUARANTEE HAVE THE PRODUCTS OF MELGAR? All our products have total guarantee. In case of any imperfection of the product we will return the total of the amount that you have paid. Nevertheless, if you desire to return its product by any another motive, it must be done in a maximum time limit of 5 days since its reception. In this case, the postage and delivery costs returning the product will be paid by the client. We will proceed to the refund of its amount, except the cost of the initial shipment, by means of guarantee in the bank account number that you indicate us subject to verification of the merchandise that should be in perfect state, without using and accompanied by its original packing.
4. HOW DO WE PRESENT OUR PRODUCTS? All our products are packed in a special box as if it is a gift and then packed in blue present paper. 5. CAN I ASK FOR MY PRODUCT IN ANY COLOUR? After consulting us, You can choose any colour You like for Your case, to an extra cost of 10 € and probably a delay of deliverance of 48 h maximum. 6. IS IT POSSIBLE TO PERSONALIZE THE CASE WITH A NAME OR A MARK? To an extra cost of 10 € and a delay of deliverance about 72 h, You can personalize Your case with name or picture as You wish. 7. IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY FROM ANY PART OF THE WORLD? Melgar reserve the right of admission of orders outside of the European Union. If You wish to buy a product and are somewhere out of the European Union, please contact us beforehand about the disposition. 8. WHICH TRANSPORT AGENCY WILL DELIVER MY PRODUCT? For the countries in the European Union we are using Urgent Transport, which has delivery time in 24/48 hours. (TNT or NACEX). For packages to the Canary Islands we use the Post Package Urgent from the Post office. 9. DOES MELGAR HAVE ACCESS TO MY CREDIT CARD? No. When You have made the payment by credit card, a secure bank page is opening (https) and this is a page that only the bank can see, and not anyone at our company.
10.HOW LONG TIME DO I HAVE TO PAY MY ORDER? The orders that are realized over bank transference have a maximum of 15 days before it will be annulled.
